The School Leadership Team (SLT) is a group of people who develop educational policies for their school. They also make sure there are resources to support those policies. SLTs:

Provide ongoing evaluations of a school’s educational programs and their impact on student achievement.

Play an important role in school-based decision-making

Help to make school cultures more collaborative.

School Safety Committee
As per NYC Public Schools Chancellor's Regulation A-414, the School Safety Committee meets monthly. The committee plays an essential role in the establishment of safety procedures, the communication of expectations and responsibilities of students and staff, and the design of prevention and intervention strategies and programs specific to the needs of the school.
